I am working as leading senior researcher at the Institute of Psychology, Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic. At the institute, I founded and am leading the Brno Lab of Intergroup Processes. 

I collaborate with researchers at the Institute of Psychology, University of Zurich, and the Institute of Social Neuroscience and Social Psychology at the University of Bern, Switzerland. 

My main research interest relates to improving relations between social groups – through intergroup contact, mass media exposure, and careful use of language describing people in intergroup context.
